Design & Measuring
Every project begins with an initial discussion and a site survey. We take measurements of the stairs, balcony and openings and produce drawings with post positions, height, fixing and finish. Once you approve the design, no steel is cut. This saves time and effort.

Manufacture & Welding
Everything from cutting, bending to welding takes place in our workshop. For accurate cut and finish, we employ CNC laser cutting for plates and brackets. We also manufacture mild steel fabrication for hidden structural elements and frame work when required.

Finishing & Polishing
Finishing makes up the look of your railing for many years to come. We grind the welds smooth, polish to desired texture and apply passivation to prevent corrosion. For those projects requiring color or added durability, we can offer stainless railings with coated mild steel works.

Delivery & Installation

01. What grade of stainless steel is best for handrails in the UAE?
Grade 304 works well for indoor areas and most outdoor spaces. For pools, beachfront properties or heavy humidity, we recommend Grade 316, which resists salt and chlorine much better.
02. Can you make custom stainless steel handrails to my design?
Yes. We manufacture your drawings, photos, or site measurements. Even if you just have an idea, our staff will assist in developing a feasible solution.
03. How long does it take to fabricate and install handrails?
For most residential projects, the process takes anywhere from one week up to three weeks from confirmation through installation stage. Larger commercial jobs are scheduled after we review the scope.
04. Do you make both stainless steel and mild steel products?
Yes. Besides stainless work, we offer mild steel fabrication for frames, supports and gates that will be painted or coated. Our mild steel works team can combine both materials in one project.
05. What is the difference between steel gates and stainless steel gates?
For coastal projects in Dubai or Abu Dhabi, we recommend hot-dip galvanizing to ASTM A123 standards. For added aestheSteel gates will usually be coated and/or painted, and fit best for low-cost projects.
