Design and Planning
The metal work process should begin much earlier than the cutting stage. Our engineers evaluate your architectural drawings and make sure all measurements and possible contradictions are pointed out and solved on paper rather than on site. In some cases, we will create shop drawings and samples for your approval.

Fabrication and Welding
This is where your drawings become real metal. Our fabricators cut, bend and weld stainless steel and mild steel according to our approved shop drawings, using our laser cutting and bending facilities. Every single joint is controlled during the process, so that nothing goes to the finishing process with any defects.

Finishing and Protection
Finish is the aspect that is seen and touched daily and at the same time serves as protection for the metal. We finish stainless steel works through polishing, brushing or satin finishing, and finish mild steel works through powder coating, painting or hot-dip galvanizing to withstand UAE heat and humidity.

1. What are architectural metal works?
These are the metal decorative elements of a building, including handrails, gates, cladding, gratings, screens, and staircases. These products combine strength and aesthetic appeal.
2. Should I choose stainless steel works or mild steel works?
Stainless steel works are costly initially but they do not get rusted, so they are maintenance-free in coastal, humid, or hygienic places. Mild steel works are cost-effective and durable. These works are excellent when galvanized and painted/coated.
3. What is the difference between steel gratings and stainless steel gratings?
Steel gratings are usually galvanized or coated mild steel and suit general industrial use. Stainless steel gratings resist corrosion and chemicals, so they are better for kitchens, food areas and humid environments.
4. What are SS profiles used for?
SS profiles or stainless steel profiles are shaped sections and we use these products for trims, frames, edges, doors, windows, and aesthetics. We provide SS profiles with standard shapes or customized shapes as per your request.
5. Can you work from my architect’s drawings?
Yes. We work with the drawings, CADs, and site visit for the development of the shop drawings.
6. Do you offer laser cutting and bending in-house?
Yes. We provide laser cutting and bending of metals at our workshop in order to maintain the quality and reduce the time required.
7. How long does a typical project take?
For small orders such as gates, handrails, etc., it takes 1 to 3 weeks. The time required depends upon the size and finish.
8. Do you install as well as fabricate?
Yes. Our crew handles delivery and installation across the UAE, so one team is responsible from start to finish.
